點亮全球LED照明標準新時代

經濟部技術處邀各界參與「研討LED標準草案公聽會」

(中央社訊息服務20090501 09:58:47)綠色環保所觸發之節能減碳愛地球風潮,帶動著全球LED照明市場的日趨活絡,其相關標準之制定亦備受國際關注且刻不容緩,為引領我國業 者搶攻全球照明市場,在經濟部近二年的大力推動及各界的擁護支持下,台灣第一套「LED照明標準」及全球首篇「LED路燈照明燈具國家標準」,日前已由技 術處科專計畫所支持,召集國內LED上中下游相關業者所共同成立之「LED照明標準與品質研發聯盟」所制訂完成。

本標準草案內容含括上游晶粒、中游封裝乃至下游應用等共計17種標準規範,預期此標準之制定完成,將可逐步提升我國LED產業技術水準,擴大整體內需市場,並可協助我業者開拓中國大陸照明市場進軍國際,創造無限商機。

為 落實我國LED之標準確為產業所需並與國際接軌,經濟部技術處將於本(98)年5月13日中午12時40分假台北集思國際會議中心,召開「研討LED標準 草案公聽會」,將針對「發光二極體晶粒加速壽命試驗方法」等8種標準草案內容解說並進行討論,該會議由經濟部技術處吳明機處長擔任主持人,邀集產、官、 學、研各界代表共同與會,台灣區照明燈具輸出業同業公會吳照麟理事長、工研院電光所詹益仁所長及黃勝邦經理擔任與談人,從學理、技術、實務及法律等面相與 現場來賓進行議題討論及意見交流,使所制定之標準內容更臻完善,以利後續由技術處與標檢局共同推動成為CNS國家標準。

由於歐美日韓及中國 大陸亦紛紛投入LED標準制定工作,未來標準規範之建置與推動將成為決定LED照明戰爭勝負的關鍵因素。有鑑於此,經濟部已於本(98)年1月22日公布 「發光二極體元件光學與電性量測方法」等4種CNS國家標準。為使台灣LED標準及技術水平大幅提升,以利加速我國LED產業逐步躍升國際舞台,「LED 照明標準與品質研發聯盟」透過執行經濟部技術處業界科專「LED照明標準與品質研發應用整合計畫」所制定之17種標準規範如高效率(大於 100Lm/W)、長壽命(大於20,000小時)LED T-Bar室內照明燈具、LED路燈及LED投光燈具等,藉以健全我國LED產業技術內涵。未來,經濟部更將以此制定完成之各項國家標準為籌碼,與中國大 陸協商制定兩岸LED產業共同標準及交互認證機制,進而建立大中華產業共同價值鏈,並期進軍國際LED照明市場,開啟我國LED照明產業新契機。

經濟部技術處除辦理本次研討LED標準草案公聽會廣納各界意見外,亦將標準草案內容置於技術處網站首頁(doit.moea.gov.tw)供民眾參閱及下載並祈惠賜卓見,以使台灣LED產業標準內容更臻完善。

LED beacon light  

摘要

An improved beacon light utilizing a plurality of LEDs. The light has a beacon portion wherein a plurality of individual LEDs are mounted on circuit boards attached together to form a substantially omnidirectional array of LEDs. The beacon portion may be constructed of upper and lower flat circular circuit boards, and a middle tubular circuit board to define a hollow cylinder. The middle circuit board is made of originally flat thin rigid circuit board material bent into a tube and attached at each free end. The middle circuit board is attached to the upper and lower rigid circuit boards using tangs extending from the middle circuit board. LEDs extend upward from the top circuit board, radially outward from the middle circuit board, and at a downward outwardly directed angle from the bottom circuit board. A base portion attached to the lower circuit board may be provided with a conventional male electrical socket member. In alternative forms, the beacon light may be spherically or conically shaped. Vent holes in the rigid circuit boards are provided for heat-dissipation. A voltage doubling circuit supplies power to the individual LEDs interconnected in both series and parallel for durability. A dome-like cover may be provided to protect the LEDs or to protect the user from injury.

    • an externally threaded male electrical socket element attached to said base and electrically connected to the input of said rectifier circuit

摘要

The invention relates to a light source comprising a phosphor composition and a light emitting device such as an LED or a laser diode. The phosphor composition absorbs radiation having a first spectrum and emits radiation having a second spectrum and comprises at least one of: YBO 3:Ce 3+,Tb 3+; BaMgAl 10O 17:Eu 2+ ,Mn 2+; (Sr,Ca,Ba)(Al,Ga) 2S 4:Eu 2+; and Y 3Al 5O 12--Ce 3+; and at least one of: Y 2O 2S:Eu 3+,Bi 3+; YVO 4:Eu 3+,Bi 3+; SrS:Eu 2+; SrY 2S 4 :Eu 2+; CaLa 2S 4:Ce 3+; and (Ca,Sr)S:Eu 2+. The phosphor composition and the light source together can produce white light with pleasing characteristics, such as a color temperature of 3000-6500° K, a color rendering index of about 83-87, and a device luminous efficacy of about 10-20 lumens per watt.

摘要

A white light emitting luminaire includes a plurality of LEDs in each of the colors red, green, and blue with a separate power supply for each color and a photodiode arranged to measure the light output of all the LEDs. The light output of each color is measured by an electronic control circuit which turns off the LEDs for the colors not being measured in a sequence of time pulses. The measured light output for each color is compared to a desired output, which may be determined by user inputs, and corrections to the current for each color are made accordingly.
